Archivist – Betty William
Responsible for managing and coordinating all activities pertaining to the preservation of Historical documents, pictures, movies, videos, tape recordings and archival materials of the nation; creates and maintains accessible and retrievable computer archival database (scanning and digitizing: evaluate records for preservation and retention; advice and support users (researches) on how to best access, use and interpret archives; prepare record-keeping system and procedures for archival research and for the retention and destructions of records; identify ways of protecting and reserving collections; organizing archival records and develop classification system to facilitate access to archival materials; coordinates educational and public outreach programs, such as tours, display, workshops and lectures; and performs other duties as assigned.

Executive Secretary II – Vacant
Performs a wide variety of secretarial, clerical and organization tasks but may also be responsible for more complex tasks for Dept. of Resources & Development (R&D); keeps supervisors calendars, scheduling appointment, conferences and meetings for the head of the department and other staff member of R&D; answers incoming telephone calls and refers to proper sources; composes and types correspondences and answering routine request for informatio; types reports, specifications tabulations and similar material form copy or rough draft; keeps staff informed of status of work, in organization and reminds supervisor and staff of deadlines; logs screens and reviews incoming/outgoing correspondence and route the same to the head of the office or other staff members as appropriate; performs other duties as assigned.
